Our show home apartment features a quality corner sofa and dining table, matched with decorative accessories to show how you can furnish your own apartment.
Security is an important feature. Both properties have glazed main entrances, with audio and video door entry systems to all apartments. Apartment doors have spy holes and a safety chain fitted.
All of the apartments have a modern fitted kitchen, with a range of low and eye level units, featuring cupboards and draws. The work surfaces are roll topped with a stainless steel sink and mixer tap. All appliances are included: oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Spot lights light the kitchen and there are ample electric sockets.
Our show home bedroom features a quality double bed, two bedside tables, a dressing table and wardrobe, showing how you can utilise the space in your own apartment.
Each apartment has a modern fitted bathroom in white with a Chrome heated towel rails. Single lever mixer taps have a chrome finish, with wall hung wash hand basins and a tiled splash back. All showers have glass enclosures and are light and airy. The wall tiles continue on the floor throughout the bathrooms and en-suites. Down lights light up these areas.
The communal lobbies are fitted with motion sensor lighting and a lift to all floors. Communal areas have wooden floors and all apartments are carpeted, with wooden floors in the kitchen and tiling to the bathrooms and en-suite.
